Edmondson Park is more than just a development; it's a growing community shaped by the people who live, work and play here. Landcom is delivering new homes, open spaces and infrastructure to support a vibrant, inclusive and sustainable place.
We believe that great places are built with community input. That’s why we’re inviting you to help shape the future of Edmondson Park.
Our approach to working with stakeholders, including local communities, aims to be inclusive, collaborative, purposeful, accountable and proactive to help deliver positive project outcomes and great communities. We provide clear information, and make it easy for people to get involved, whether that’s through pop-up sessions, online feedback tools or translated materials for our diverse community.
Whether you’re passionate about playgrounds, affordable housing, or cultural connections to Country, your voice matters. Together, we’re building a place that reflects the values and aspirations of the Edmondson Park community.

Understanding the planning process
Each project in Edmondson Park follows a different planning pathway.
The affordable housing projects, Block 20A and Block 24, are progressing through the State Significant Development Application (SSDA) process. This includes environmental assessments and a period of public exhibition.
The open space project is being delivered through a separate Review of Environmental Factors (REF) planning pathway, which is an approval process for public authorities under NSW legislation.
While the technical steps vary, where appropriate projects include opportunities for the community to get involved. Feedback from residents and stakeholders helps refine designs and inform decisions.
You can find more details about each project’s planning process on its dedicated subpage.
