This Privacy Statement and Landcom’s Privacy Management Plan outline our privacy practices and how Landcom complies with the NSW privacy laws. These are the:
- Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW) (or PPIP Act) in respect to the handling of personal information; and
- Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2022 (NSW) (or HRIP Act) when we handle health information.
Collectively these are referred to as ‘NSW privacy laws’.
