About the project

Landcom is proposing to deliver 172 new affordable rental homes in Edmondson Park Town Centre North. The development includes five townhouses and two residential towers (9-storey and 15-storey), offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Designed to be tenure-blind and integrated with the surrounding area, the project aims to support a connected, sustainable and family-friendly community.

Key features include:

  • accessible lobbies and landscaped paths
  • breezeway corridors for natural light and ventilation
  • communal green spaces and nature play areas
  • deep balconies and flexible indoor spaces for families
  • energy-efficient building materials
  • basement and ground-level car parking, bicycle storage, and retail spaces.

The project is part of Landcom’s commitment to increasing the supply of affordable housing in NSW and responds to growing demand in the Liverpool area, where many households are experiencing rental stress.

Delivery of affordable housing is subject to funding/subsidies.
