Development application for residential apartments

We have lodged a development application with Campbelltown City Council for 216 homes in two buildings. The buildings will offer a mix of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as dual key and accessible apartments. Residents will enjoy high quality shared open spaces and easy access to surrounding services and facilities.

The application was lodged on 4 July 2025 and was on public exhibition between Friday 25 July and Monday 25 August 2025. It is now being assessed by Campbelltown City Council.
