Kellyville will be an exciting and lively place benefitting from new outdoor living areas including new open space, local parks, walking and cycling paths and strong connections to the natural environment at Elizabeth Macarthur Creek.

The approved concept includes approximately 29,500m2 of open space.

Landcom will deliver a neighbourhood park, open space alongside Elizabeth Macarthur Creek, and a multi-use sport and recreation space.

These areas will provide opportunities for quiet recreation, exercise and sporting activities.

Kellyville Preliminary Masterplan Design

Landcom and Sydney Metro are working together to develop the land around the Bella Vista and Kellyville stations. These projects are part of the broader Sydney Metro Northwest Places Program that will create new communities along the M1 Northwest & Bankstown Line.

From December 2023 to February 2024, over 440 people shared their thoughts, feedback and ideas for the new open space in Kellyville as part of the Sydney Metro Northwest Places Program.
