Bella Vista will be a vibrant place to live and work, with a strong connection to nature through its open spaces and connections to Elizabeth Macarthur Creek.

The approved concept includes approximately 56,000m² of open space for current and future residents, as well as the wider community. Landcom will deliver two neighbourhood parks in addition to a large open space that will run alongside Elizabeth Macarthur Creek, supporting rest and exercise.

The concept design also includes a large district park located in the north of the precinct, which will be delivered through a separate design and development application process.

Bella Vista Preliminary Masterplan Design

From December 2023 to February 2024, over 400 people shared their thoughts and ideas for the new open space in Bella Vista. Thank you to everyone who took the time to tell us what you value most about open spaces and how you see these aspirations coming to life in Bella Vista.

The designs bring these spaces to life with features and facilities that are aligned to community values identified during engagement.
